Vairaape does not take ownership of any of the products/services offered by the merchant at any point during any transaction between the USER and the merchant/vendor and/or service provider. Vairaape does not assert any rights or claims over the products/services given by the merchant to the USER at any stage. If there is a cancellation or refund, it will be controlled by the terms and conditions of the aggregator or the merchant/vendor. Vairaape has no say over refund/cancellation fees. Vairaape is not responsible for refunds or cancellations, including any associated fees.
If You transmit a payment to the wrong person or for the wrong amount, Vairaape will have no liability in this regard, and your only option will be to contact the third party to whom such payment was received and obtain a refund (if any). Vairaape will not refund or reverse a payment made in error by You.
All prepaid recharge sales on the Vairaape platform are final, with no refund or exchange allowed. You are liable for the cellphone number or dth account number for which You purchased the prepaid recharge, as well as any charges incurred as a result of those purchases. You are also liable for the information connected to data cards and similar recharge services, as well as any charges incurred as a result of those purchases. Vairaape is not liable for any prepaid recharge purchased for an inaccurate cellphone number, dth account number, incorrect data card information, or similar services.
Vairaape disclaims any responsibility, legal or otherwise, arising from or caused by any USER's act, omission, or otherwise on its website/mobile application. USER/You fully acknowledge that Vairaape is just a payment facilitator and intermediary, and as such, is exempt from any liability that may come as a result of the same. You (USER) also recognise that visiting/using the Vairaape website/mobile application constitutes your implied acceptance/confirmation of this disclaimer.
You are required to read the terms and conditions offered by the merchant/vendor on their website and/or platform. Vairaape is not liable for your failure to access such terms and conditions, or for any loss caused by such terms and conditions or their absence. You accept and acknowledge that the real sale contract is between You and the merchant/vendor. Vairaape has no control over or prevents changes to the published details and descriptions of the aggregator's or merchant's/vendor's websites/apps, and is not responsible for any content contained within. Vairaape does not guarantee the content/listings/bookings/services provided by various aggregators or merchant/vendors on Vairaape. You accept that any issues or disagreements about the warranty, guarantee, quality, and service will be handled in accordance with the aggregator's or merchant/vendor's terms and conditions, and You agree to manage such issues and disputes solely between You and the aggregator or merchant/vendor.
Vairaape is not liable for any warranty, guarantee, post-purchase claims, or the authenticity of listings/bookings, content, products, or services. Vairaape will not be liable for any claims, including, but not limited to, any misrepresentation in the aggregator's or merchant/vendor's content/listings/bookings.
Despite anything to the contrary contained herein, the service, the interface and api work, and their respective information, pricing and data, and availability are subject to human, mechanical, typographic, or other errors, oversights, mistakes, limitations, delays, and service interruptions at any time and from time to time, including, without limitation, those caused by, related to, or arising out of (i) computer hardware and software, telecommunication and operating systems, databases, or business processes and procedures, as well as other problems inherent in, or associated with, the use of the internet and electronic communications, including, without limitation, force majeure events, government / regulatory actions, orders, notifications, and so on.
Vairaape is not a party to the contract between the USER and the merchant institution, as the USER understands and acknowledges. Vairaape does not promote any advertising or merchant whose website is connected to its own. Furthermore, Vairaape is under no responsibility to supervise the service/products provided by the merchant business to the USER. The merchant establishment will be solely liable for any contract obligations, including (but not limited to) warranties or guarantees. Any issue or complaint with or against a merchant establishment must be addressed directly between the USER and the merchant establishment. It is explicitly stated that Vairaape will not be held responsible or liable for any defects in goods and/or services acquired using the Vairaape wallet.
Any erroneous payment made by the USER to any merchant establishment or any erroneous transfer to any person will not be returned to the USER under any circumstances by Vairaape. Any web link to a third-party site on the platform is not an endorsement of that web link. By using or accessing any other web-link, the USER agrees to the terms and conditions associated with that weblink. In the event of a dispute (as described below), Vairaape records will be conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out using the wallet. Vairaape is not liable for retrieving funds if the account holder initiates a fund transfer to an unanticipated or wrong account.
The following terms and conditions shall apply to any fund transfer and fund collection service supplied or facilitated by Vairaape. When using the service, the USER must provide Vairaape with accurate beneficiary information. The USER is fully liable for entering inaccurate beneficiary details such as an incorrect virtual payment address, an incorrect cellphone number, an incorrect account number, or an invalid ifsc code, resulting in the funds being transferred to an improper beneficiary. The USER accepts that when Vairaape executes the payment order, it becomes irrevocable. The USER is responsible for the accuracy and validity of the instructions submitted to Vairaape, and the same, if in the form and manner prescribed by Vairaape, shall be regarded sufficient to operate the aforementioned service. Vairaape is not obliged to independently verify the instructions. Vairaape is not liable if it does not or is unable to stop or prohibit the implementation of any payment order given by the USER. Once a payment order is issued by the USER, it cannot be revoked.
All instructions, requests, directives, commands, and directions entered by the USER are the result of the USER's decisions and are solely the USER's responsibility. If you receive a refund, it will be deposited to your Vairaape wallet account. If a goods or service is returned, the cashback amount will be refunded. If a user uses the cashback, the required amount will be deducted from the initial refund amount of the product/service.
